Coaching comes from the coach. Referees, many of them teenagers, get the benefit of the doubt.
No coaching, criticism or instruction from the sideline during play.
Players shake hands at the end of every game, whatever the score.
A parent who cannot follow this will be asked to leave the field for the day.
